WHAT IS A VIRTUAL NUTRITION OR LACTATION CONSULTATION?

All virtual (i.e. telehealth) consultations are via Healthie, a HIPAA compliant, secure web and mobile platform. Telehealth enables us to work together no matter your location.

HOW DO I FOLLOW UP AFTER A VIRTUAL NUTRITION CONSULTATION?

Your initial nutrition consultation will include a week of follow up communication via Healthie app. Depending on your nutrition goals, Sharon Arnold-Haier may recommend additional follow up video visits for more focused care.

HOW DO I FOLLOW UP AFTER AN IN-HOME OR VIRTUAL LACTATION VISIT?

In order to ensure your lactation issue is properly addressed, both in-home and virtual lactation visits include follow up communication via email, text/chat or phone; however, follow up video consultations may be recommended in certain cases for an additional fee.

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER A NUTRITION OR LACTATION CONSULTATION WITH SHARON ARNOLD-HAIER?

Many insurance companies will provide some reimbursement for a nutrition or lactation visit. Sharon Arnold-Haier offers her clients a superbill after completion of each session. This special receipt can be submitted to your insurance company as part of a reimbursement request.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES SHARON ARNOLD-HAIER
NUTRITION AND LACTATION COUNSELING ACCEPT?

Sharon Arnold-Haier accepts payment via credit card, health reimbursement accounts and flexible spending account. All payments will be collected via the secure Healthie platform.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

A full refund will be issued with at least 48 hours notice. Notice can be made via email, text, or phone call. If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, a 50% refund will be issued. You may reschedule an appointment in the case of an unforeseen event for no additional fee.
